This site in now running off my VPS! This is really neat. It's unmanaged so it's up to me to do literally everything!
I don't know what else to do with it. I have a good amount of resources at my disposal now, so it's almost a waste to just run a small website on it. I'll have to mess around and see what else there is for me to do!
I could move all my sites over to this thing and ditch hostgator's shared hosting. I could... I could...
I can't believe I managed to keep my word. Although the site is still far from complete, it has at least reached beta status! I decided to use beta codes to sort of make it one of those "exclusive" things. But I have not yet give them out in bulk really. Mainly I don't want to get people from outside those I know just yet. Like I said, the site need a ton of work before it can be presented. But at least I'm getting some progress and a bit of feedback from my small group right now!
Alright, so the last few days I've spent a ton of time working on Pinksheep, trying to get it ready to launch before the month is out. I'd love to get it at least to a beta stage by then at least. Unfortunately (for the site) I have a ton of things going on this month. However the good news is the site is almost ready for beta testing. I'll hopefully be sending "invites" to a few people soon(ish).
Once Pinksheep is all set I will be moving on to either the NGA redesign/update or I'll work on a redesign for my site here. I'm not going to stick to working on one just yet since I have no real ideas for either at this point.
Oh yeah, and I'm going to try and throw learning some language in there. I'm thinking either German, Japanese, or Java. Yeah.
Spring break just started for us. As usual, I'm not sure what I'll be doing. I have some school work to get done for the week we get back so I'll be doing that at some point. The rest of the time? We'll see.
This year we got lucky and were able to get to PAX East! Me and a few friends headed out to Boston on Friday for a day of awesomeness! It's late right now (why am I posting this now??) so I'll post a bit more on this later. I'll also throw up some pics!

I finally put those finishing touches on the blog here! This is a really good sized release too! For anyone who is interested you can read the changes here. I was going to post some of the key new features here, but it's 4am and I just don't feel like deciding what I think is worth posting here.
One thing that I am a little disappointed about with this release is that I won't be putting it up for download. The original plan was to release this blog when it hit version 0.5, but as I got into 0.4 here I thought that I have enough here to show off! So at that point I changed the plan to call for a release at this version. However, I don't think that this blog would be worth anyone's time in this form. Sure I think it kicks ass, but it is really lacking in a lot of areas. Before I release it I want to have better documentation and a lot more polish. If you read the changes, you'll see that I half-assed a lot to get this version out. I'd rather not do that on a version I plan on putting up for download.
So, that's all I have to say for this right now. Up next for me: fixing bugs in this version. I know they're here somewhere!
